Strip District Condos
If you’re looking to buy a condo in Pittsburgh there is no better place to buy than in the Strip. Strip District condo prices are on the move and are expected to keep growing for the foreseeable future so now is the time to buy. On this page you’ll find a complete list of buildings in the Strip that offer residential condos but we don’t have the capacity to keep a list of available condos so we recommend that you contact a real estate agent to help you find condos for sale in the Strip District.
The Otto Milk Building Condos are located on Smallman Street between 24th and 25th Street. The Otto Milk Building was originally the Phoenix Brewery and you can still see the Phoenix sign and a Phoenix perched upon the building near the entrance on Smallman Street.
The Otto Milk Condos are 58 1 to 2 bedroom lofts with great views of downtown, the Strip, the Hill District, and Polish Hill. There is onsite parking, bike parking, gathering space for meetings, and loads of other amenities. Otto Milk’s website does list available units listings here.
The Strip District Lofts located at 2901 Smallman Street were the first condos built in the Strip District but few other buildings in the city come close to matching their functionality and interior beauty. Large open spaces each with a balcony and large garage door to access the balcony and featuring views of downtown, Lawrenceville, and Polish Hill these units are all spectacular. The Strip Lofts features an integral secure garage and entrance and is a great private oasis in the heart of our wonderful city neighborhood. Their website doesn’t appear to be functional any longer but units do come up for sale on occasion so check with your real estate agent for available listings.
